Working closely with artisanal growers whose wines typically wine global awards, we lucked out on a few tons of Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and Anderson Valley Chardonnay from the near-perfect 2018 growing season. We found our (secret) multi-100-point winemaker, got the best barrels money could buy, and got to work.
